Luxury homebuilder Mark Timothy has sold a newly built oceanfront estate in Boynton Beach for $13.6 million, county records show.
The 11,000-square-foot mansion at 6125 North Ocean Boulevard has five bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, according to the listing. The Boca Raton-based developer paid $5.5 million for the 1.2-acre property in June.
The spec home features an open floor plan, covered loggias, a gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry, two living rooms, a game and billiard room, bar and wine room, and a four-car garage. Corcoran agents Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinosky were the listing agents. They listed the property in August for $18.95 million, then lowered the price in January to $17.95 million.
Palm Beach County records show the buyer is Watersedge 21 Properties LLC. The company lists a New York address, which ties back to Edgewater 21 Properties LLC. Financing was not recorded as part of the deal.
The Boynton Beach estate also includes 115 of beach frontage, a second-floor master suite and loft, an oceanside pool, spa and cabana and a full-house generator. It was designed by Marc Michaels Interiors and Affinity Architects.
