Pipeline Workspaces has expanded to Broward with a downtown Fort Lauderdale location.
The co-working space firm signed a 20-year lease for a full floor at One Financial Plaza. Other tenants of the 28-story office tower, at 100 Southeast Third Avenue, include Tower Club, AXA Advisors, Fowler White Burnett, and anchor Regions Bank.
CBRE’s Shay Pope represented Pipeline, according to a press release. Jon Blunk, Laurel Oswald and Cristina Glaria of Cushman & Wakefield represented Crocker Partners, the building’s owner.
Pipeline also has locations in Doral, Coral Gables, Brickell and in Philadelphia, and has plans for an 80,000-square-foot Pipeline Co-warehousing and Creative Studios in Miami’s Little River neighborhood.
Private offices at the Fort Lauderdale location start at $500 a month. The company is currently working on building out its new space.
