Pipeline Workspaces has expanded to Broward with a downtown Fort Lauderdale location.

The co-working space firm signed a 20-year lease for a full floor at One Financial Plaza. Other tenants of the 28-story office tower, at 100 Southeast Third Avenue, include Tower Club, AXA Advisors, Fowler White Burnett, and anchor Regions Bank.

CBRE’s Shay Pope represented Pipeline, according to a press release. Jon Blunk, Laurel Oswald and Cristina Glaria of Cushman & Wakefield represented Crocker Partners, the building’s owner.

Pipeline also has locations in Doral, Coral Gables, Brickell and in Philadelphia, and has plans for an 80,000-square-foot Pipeline Co-warehousing and Creative Studios in Miami’s Little River neighborhood.

Private offices at the Fort Lauderdale location start at $500 a month. The company is currently working on building out its new space.

Other shared office space firms in South Florida include BüroMADE at the Citadel, Quest Workspaces and WeWork– Katherine Kallergis

An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that Pipeline had opened its Fort Lauderdale office. Pipeline signed a lease and is building out its Fort Lauderdale space.
