Robust auction bids for a mountain retreat in Utah peaked at a purchase price of $4.2 million.

Heritage Luxury Real Estate Auctions conducted the March 1 auction on the premises of the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in Park City, Utah. The property also has five fireplaces, heated walkways and a heated driveway.

The auction company said in a press release that 10 qualified and fully vetted bidders competed for the residence.

Marketing material for the 7,900-square-foot residence on a six-acre site included a video full of aerial images of the property, part of a gated community called The Colony.

Heritage Luxury Real Estate Auctions reported that the property’s dedicated website got more than 18,500 visits and the company’s staff hosted more than 30 previews.

With offices in Beverly Hills, Dallas, New York and San Francisco, Heritage is a leading auction house with annual sales of approximately $900 million.
