A waterfront mansion on Miami Beach’s North Bay Road has hit the market with an asking price of $14.995 million.
The Mediterranean-style home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and is located at 4340 North Bay Road. It was built in 2008, measures 8,748 square feet and has about a third-of-an-acre to itself.
Its interiors are flush with luxury finishes: marble and hardwood floors, french doors, broad archways on the backyard patio and a grand double staircase at the home’s entrance.
The residence is also outfitted with Creston and Lutron smarthome systems, plus a theater room, kitchen with commercial appliances, billiards room and infinity-edge pool.
Armand Kermani of Waterfronts Miami Real Estate & Mortgage Services has the listing for the home.
Kermani’s brother, Amir, owns the North Bay Road home, according to Miami-Dade County property records. He paid $2.6 million for the property in 2004 and built the mansion several years later.
The current asking price breaks down to $1,714 per square foot.
