Douglas Elliman’s Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon held an open house for a waterfront spec home in Miami Beach complete with its own second-floor waterslide.
The newly built mansion at 4555 Pine Tree Drive was listed for $34 million in January. Developer Barry Brodsky of Brodson Construction owns the 16,000-square-foot home, which breaks down to $2,125 per square feet (without furnishings).
Its most standout feature? A concrete waterslide that leads from the roof to the waterfront pool. Check out the video here. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
