Swire Properties, the main developer behind Miami’s soon-to-open Brickell City Centre, has tapped KW Property Management to oversee its upcoming Rise and Reach condo towers.

KW is a property management company based in Miami with offices throughout Florida, plus locations in New York City and the Bahamas.

The company will now be responsible for upkeep and accounting services at Reach and Rise, Brickell City Centre’s two 43-story condo towers with 390 units apiece, according to a news release.

As The Real Deal reported in January, Reach is 88 percent sold out while Rise has lagged behind at 40 percent.

Units at the two towers range from one-bedroom to five-bedroom residences, with prices starting at $595,000. Amenities for both buildings include a wellness center, business center, library and pool deck.

The towers are expected to open by the end of March. Meanwhile, Brickell City Centre’s 500,000 square feet of retail are nearing their completion date this year. For a complete list of announced tenants click here. The project also has two mid-rise office buildings and its EAST, Miami Hotel.
