Chad Oppenheim, who’s designed homes for the likes of Michael Bay and is working on luxury spec homes in Miami, gave a talk Friday about his latest New Jersey project.
Douglas Elliman’s Sroka Worldwide Team hosted the event, held at the M Building at 194 Northwest 30th Street in Miami Beach.
Oppenheim and designer Anda Andrei discussed Monroe, a planned 34-unit waterfront condominium in Ashbury Park, New Jersey. Andrei worked with the Ian Schrager Company on projects that include the Delano Hotel in South Beach.
Elliman’s Neal Sroka and Lisa Poggi are handling the exclusive sales and marketing for the development, according to a spokesperson.
In South Florida, Oppenheim is bidding on a Miami Dade College development site in the college’s downtown Miami campus. He’s also active in the spec home market. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
