A 5,780-square-foot, bay-front house on Bird Key in Sarasota is listed for sale with an asking price of $5.73 million.
The house, built in 1989, occupies a point lot and comes with 278 feet of seawall. The house has four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Among other amenities is an infinity swimming pool with waterfalls overlooking Sarasota Bay.
The Sarasota Herald-Tribune also reported that a multi-million-dollar redesign and reconstruction of the house in 2012 improved its aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
Perrone Construction and Clifford Scholz Architects handled the upgrade, which included raising ceiling heights, installing mahogany floors, custom-made cabinets, Brazilian-marble counters, and impact-resistant doors and windows.
The property is located on Sarasota’s Bird Key at 100 South Warbler Lane.
