Warren Henry opens new Lamborghini Broward dealership: PHOTOS
Warren Henry Auto Group together with Automobili Lamborghini opened Broward’s first Lamborghini dealership last week.
The two-story, 25,000-square-foot showroom, at 4645 Volunteer Road in Davie, includes a lounge. The dealership also features a 12-lift service bay and an air-conditioned indoor detailing center. Warren Henry paid $8.7 million for the property in 2014.
Warren Henry is also developing a new six-story headquarters in North Miami at Biscayne Boulevard and 151 Street as part of SoLē Mia. The six-story building with indoor parking will become the new home of the company’s Infiniti, Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships currently on State Road 7 just south of the Miami-Dade County border with Broward County.
The new Lamborghini dealership is next to Porsche West Broward, which closed on $19.4 million in financing in March. The Porsche dealership, developed by Penske, spans 60,000 square feet and includes a detached fuel tank, car wash and service building as well as the main two-story dealership. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
