Caviar, caviar, caviar.
At Caviar Russe in Miami, more than 15 varieties of the delicacy are offered. The restaurant opened at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami last week, marking the first location outside of New York City for Caviar Russe.
Chef David Valencia, who is originally from Colombia, will helm the kitchen of the 35-seat restaurant. The space, a former leasing office for the Four Seasons, was gutted and renovated – now, it’s adorned in gold and Calacatta marble with white Italian leather banquettes and chairs and a chandelier inspired by “caviar pearls,” managing director Ilya Panchernikov previously told The Real Deal.
Panchernikov’s goal is to open five to 10 new restaurants in the next five years, and has considered Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and South America as the next destinations.
