Ken Stiles was named co-CEO of Stiles, the Fort Lauderdale-based full service real estate firm.

Stiles, previously executive vice president, will lead the company with chairman and CEO Terry Stiles, according to a press release. At the same time, Scott MacLaren was promoted to president of the firm, succeeding Doug Eagon. Ken Stiles joined the company 11 years ago, while MacLaren joined 17 years ago.

MacLaren’s predecessor is now vice chair of Stiles, where he will work with the board and MacLaren on the firm’s long-term strategy. The changes in leadership were announced last April. Stiles is a Fort Lauderdale-based full service real estate development firm that was established in 1951.

CBRE promoted Tim Gifford as managing director of its Capital Advisors Latin America group. Gifford, previously senior vice president of CBRE Capital Markets, will focus on leading capital market transactions in Mexico, Central and South America. CBRE completed more than $310.6 billion of capital markets transactions globally in 2015, according to a press release.

She was previously a vice president with CBRE’s Boca Raton office. Her former clients include TIA-CREF, Invesco and UBS.

Franklin Street also added Brandon Sciotti as a retail investment associate in the South Florida office. A former senior financial analyst with Marcus & Millichap, Sciotti focuses on buying and selling retail properties.

Brenner Real Estate Group hired Leandro V. Pereira as a commercial and residential associate. In his new role, Pereira will focus on Broward and Palm Beach counties. He has 12 years of sales experience, more recently with the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
