Mast Capital, the developer behind Louver House, and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty recently hosted American author and artist Michele Oka Doner.
Oka Doner, known for her public art commissions, shared her vision for the 12-unit boutique condominium in the South-of-Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach. The artist is designing Louver House’s common areas, including its sunken lobby gardens, a custom bronze table and benches wrapped in Cipollino marble.
Mast Capital broke ground on Louver House in December and launched sales in early 2015. More than half of the units were under contract when it broke ground.
Units will range from 2,088 square feet to 2,432 square feet with prices that initially started at $1.9 million, and now start at $2.5 million, and go up to $3.9 million. ONE Sotheby’s is marketing and selling the boutique condos, at 311 Meridian Avenue.
Architect Rene Gonzalez designed the property, which will include a health club with outdoor yoga area, pool deck, landscaped lounge area, rooftop terrace, sunken lobby gardens and electric car charging stations. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
