Following a blowout week at the end of April, sales volume for Miami-Dade County’s condo market dipped considerably at the beginning of May. The list of top 10 priciest condo deals, however, was still fleshed out with mostly $1 million-and-up deals.

Leading the pack last week was the $2.4 million sale of unit 1411 at the W South Beach. With two bedrooms, 1,287 square feet and ocean views, this unit fetched $1,864 per square foot after spending 149 days on the market with Angelica Garcia of One Sotheby’s International Realty.

Following that sale was unit 119 in the Townhomes at Sunset Harbour complex, which traded for $2.2 million. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit measures 2,420 square feet and boasts all-white interiors, modern finishes and canal views. Daniel Bortunk of Wide Bar Luxury II closed the deal for $907 per square foot.

And last week’s third-priciest deal was for unit 7AS at the Mar Azul in Key Biscayne. After spending 190 days on the market with Magdalena Cabrera of Fortune International Realty, the unit sold for $1.78 million, or about $867 per square foot. It measures 2,052 square feet and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and direct ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Miami-Dade saw a total of 131 condo sales last week for $46.9 million. Those figures dipped considerably from the 156 sales and $83.76 million volume reached the previous week. Average prices were $358,073 per unit and $284 per square foot.
