Auberge Miami debuts new sales center: PHOTOS

The Related Group celebrated the opening of the sales center for Auberge Residences & Spa recently.

Related spent $2 million on the Piero Lissoni-designed sales gallery, which includes a model kitchen and bath, a wine room and a scale model of the 60-story Auberge tower. Art, a key component of the project, is also on display in the sales center, including Botero’s “Woman on a Horse” sculpture in the outdoor garden area.

Jon Paul Perez, son of Related’s Chairman and CEO Jorge Perez and a vice president with the company, is taking the lead on Auberge, which is currently 20 percent reserved after launching sales of the 60-story, 363-unit tower earlier this year.

Prices range from $350,000 for a one-bedroom unit to $3.9 million for a five-bedroom penthouse. The average size of a unit is 1,600 square feet, the average price $850,000, and the average price per square foot is about $600.

Related, along with its partners acquired the property for $57.3 million in 2014.

Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Piero Lissoni and landscaping by Enzo Enea, Auberge Residences & Spa Miami will be the luxe Auberge brand’s first entree into Miami, following Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale. The Miami tower will include a 200-seat ground-floor restaurant, Napa Bistro, and a spa on the 12th floor pool deck.

Perez has said that the 2.8-acre project will eventually include three towers, with a total of about 1,400 units. Groundbreaking for the project is expected in a year, and construction will take 30 months. – TRD
