Miami house initially listed for $7.2M sells for $5.15M

A 9,941-square-foot house in Miami with a lagoon-style swimming pool sold for $5.15 million, about $2 million below the initial asking price.

The house has seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a tennis court and a standalone guest house.

The house occupies a two-acre lot at 4770 Southwest 80 Street near Coral Gables‘ city limits.

It was listed for sale in January 2015 with an asking price of $7.2 million, and Josie Wang, an agent with Avatar Real Estate Services, held the listing.
