The Related Group and Dezer Development honored Argentinian architect César Pelli during Maison & Objet Americas last week.

The developers will soon close on $315 million in construction financing from Wells Fargo, Gil Dezer previously told The Real Deal. He said he expects the building to be completed by February of 2019. Its $10 million sales gallery opened earlier this year complete with a model area, media area and design gallery.
