Brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap handled a $250,000 sale of about 24 acres in Ocala zoned for light industrial and commercial uses.
Paul Bouldin, senior associate in the Tampa office of Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing from the seller, a bank. Bouldin secured the buyer, a developer.
The $250,000 sale of the 23.91-acre parcel equated to a land cost of $10,451 per acre.
The address of the parcel, called Ocala Land, at 4555 South Pine Avenue has about 758 feet of frontage along U.S. Highway 441.
