Developers, brokers and Palm Beach socialites gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for the Bristol, a luxury condominium in West Palm Beach.

Chicago-based Golub and Flagler Investors, led by principal Al Adelson, are developing the 25-story, 69-unit condo building at 1100 South Flagler Drive. More than 150 guests attended the ceremonial groundbreaking.

Douglas Elliman’s Chris Leavitt, former “Million Dollar Listing Miami” star, is leading sales for the project, which has reached $210 million in contracts for 40 percent of the building.  – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
