UPDATED June 6, 12 p.m.: An affiliate of Fort Lauderdale-based Orangetheory Fitness purchased a Boca Raton office building for $13.9 million and plans to convert the building to its corporate headquarters and a new gym.
A company connected to David Long, founder and chief executive officer of Orangetheory, purchased the three-story office building at 6000 Broken Sound Parkway in Boca Raton.
The price for the 72,0000-square-foot building, was approximately $193 per square foot. It is located in the Arvida Park of Commerce near Military Trail and Clint Moore Road. [Daily Business Review] — Mike Seemuth
