Brennan Custom Homes Inc., with offices in Palm Beach and Toronto, is part of a venture that is building luxury villas on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

Brennan and Sterling Financial, based in Nassau, are developing “a handful” of villas on Paradise Island, according to a press release by MMD Realty, the exclusive listing agent for the villas.

“The properties are stunning and far exceed the typical product found in the area,” Michelle Farber Ross, managing partner of MMD, said in the press release.

The four-bedroom villas come with a private swimming pool, concierge service and  dedicated water taxi service, among other amenities.

One beachfront villa and two harbor-side villas remain for sale at prices starting above $8 million.

Foreign buyers who pay at least $1.5 million for a Bahamian home may be eligible for the tax benefits of accelerated residency in the Bahamas.
