Fendi Château hosts VIP dinner with Hublot: PHOTOS

The Château Group hosted a private dinner at the Fendi Château Residences sales gallery complete with a showcase of Hublot watches, a guitar performance, and a catered meal.

When completed, the Surfside development will be the first Fendi residential building. The 12-story, 58-unit tower will sit on three acres and 300 feet of oceanfront at 9365 Collins Avenue.

The dinner included a Brazilian and Spanish guitar performance by Claudio Spiewak, a raffle and cocktails and dessert in the Fendi Casa designed living room. As of March, the building was 88 percent sold to buyers from the Northeast, Canada, Latin America and Europe.
