Brokers can be a major force in the real estate industry, especially for new developments.
To celebrate the top agents helping transform Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood into a hive of luxury condos, Two Roads Development recently held a private soiree at the sales center for its Elysee project.
The party, catered with cocktails and small bites, was attended by dozens of agents from firms like One Sotheby’s International Realty, Riteway Properties III, Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert, and Cervera Real Estate (which is handling sales for both of Two Roads Development’s projects in Edgewater).
Taylor Collins, who co-heads Two Roads, also made an appearance and gave a speech during the shindig.
Elysee is slated to be a 57-story tower at 788 Northeast 23rd Street with 100 luxury units. Each unit occupies at least a half-floor, with sizes starting at 2,300 square feet. The developer has declined to provide a sales update, though prices begin at $1.3 million and range up to $10 million.
Two Roads expects to break ground on the project by the end of this year, with an opening date set two years after construction begins. The developer cleared a low-rise apartment building on the site earlier this year. – Sean Stewart-Muniz and Katherine Kallergis
