Developers Key International and 13th Floor Investments held a grand opening for the Harbour’s sales gallery complete with a choreographed, acrobatic jet pack show, filet mignon bites and champagne.
Nearly 200 brokers, developers and industry insiders attended the Sunny Isles shindig, held at Key International’s 400 Sunny Isles development. The two-story sales center, with a scale model and model kitchen, opens up to a waterfront terrace and marina with views of the bay and Oleta State Park.
The Harbour is a 425-unit, 32-story luxury condo project in North Miami Beach, currently under construction at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard. Key International is also handling sales of units, with remaining units starting at $500,000. It’s currently 78 percent sold, according to an ISG report released on Wednesday.
Amenities will include an aromatherapy trail, beach club and spa, children’s water park and playground, and sporting facilities. Bank of the Ozarks provided a $95 million construction loan for the twin-tower development in April. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
