Brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of an office and retail campus in West Palm Beach for $10.8 million or $154 per square foot.
Coral Gables-based KAS Partners bought the property, Brandywine Centre I at 580 and 600 Village Boulevard in suburban West Palm Beach.
Brandywine Centre I is a 5.5-acre property with a three-story, 60,851-square-foot office building and a one-story, 9,100-square-foot restaurant.
The biggest office tenant include Divine Blalock Martin Sellari, Online Trading Academy, Recovery Home Care Services and Trident Title. The restaurant operates as Renegades Country Western Bar.
Cushman & Wakefield executive director Scott O’Donnell, senior associate Greg Miller, senior director Dominic Montazemi and director Miguel Alcivar represented the seller, Pompano Beach-based Brandywine Investors LLC.
“The West Palm Beach CBD [central business district] has witnessed sharp increases in asking rental rates, which is causing significant leasing activity and absorption in suburban West Palm Beach,” O’Donnell said in a written statement.
