West Palm Beach-based McCraney Property Co. obtained a $65 million loan from BankUnited to refinance a portfolio of Florida industrial properties.
The refinanced McCraney properties include two in West Palm Beach: Belvedere Business Park and Vista Business Center.
Miami Lakes-based BankUnited also provided some of the financing for McCraney’s purchase of 78 acres in Plant City, where the company is building a 1.3 million-square-foot spec industrial property called County Line Logistics Center at Fancy Farms.
The Plant City property is close to Interstate 4 and a cluster of existing distribution centers operated by Amazon, Publix Super Markets, O’Reilly Auto Parks, and Miami-based Southern Wine & Spirits. [Sun-Sentinel] – Mike Seemuth
