The developer of VistaBlue Singer Island hosted a broker preview for the luxury condo project last week.
Dallas-based Third Palm Capital will build the 19-story, 58-unit oceanfront development at 3730 North Ocean Drive in Singer Island, marking the first new luxury condominium on the island in nearly a decade.
Third Palm Capital hosted the cocktail party at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort with live reggae music and hors d’oeuvres.
In early October, the project announced Douglas Elliman would handle sales and that it was registered in New York. Elliman replaced Keyes Company. Construction began in August 2015 with delivery expected in January 2018.
Units are priced from $1.4 million to nearly $8 million for penthouses. Sizes range from 2,784 square feet to 3,645 square feet, with two penthouse units with 6,242 square feet and 6,423 square feet. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
