The Real Deal’s Shanghai showcase kicks off Thursday

Though New York is heading home after a hard day’s work, things are just getting started at the five-star Jing An Shangri-La Hotel, where The Real Deal’s second Real Estate Showcase & Forum will take place over the next three days.

The event, which will feature eight panels and workshops on topics including the EB-5 program, new development prospects and more, will kick off with a cocktail party at 1515 West Chophouse & Bar from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, with former New York Gov. George Pataki making his keynote speech at 11:30 a.m.
