On the scene at 2020 Ponce art gallery showcase: PHOTOS

Florida East Coast Realty partnered with Avison Young to showcase retail space at its 2020 Ponce tower in Coral Gables.

The developer and brokerage hosted art by Phil Shapiro/Philson Art, a Miami-based painter, in the 2,662-square-foot art gallery/retail space at the Class A office building.

FECR completed 2020 Ponce in 2009. The 130,000-square-foot, eight-story building is home to Hermès of Paris, Avison Young’s Florida office, AMC Networks Latin America and Peebles Corp. On the ground floor is Florida Community Bank, TotalBank, Coral Gables Vein Specialists, and Elite Body Sculpting.

About 30,000 square feet of office space and retail space is available to buy or lease, up about 10,000 square feet from May of this year. Spaces range from 500 square feet to 12,000 square feet, including a full-floor penthouse with a wraparound terrace and a 2,200-square-foot cafe space on the ground floor. – Katherine Kallergis
