13th Floor starts 2nd phase of single-family home development

The home building division of 13th Floor Investments launched sales of the 239-home second phase of Manor Parc, its single-family home development in Tamarac.

The launch of the second phase of the development, called Meadow Collection at Manor Parc, follows the nearly sold-out, 253-home first phase, the Village Collection, which launched last April.

Prices in the second phase start in the low $300,000s. Home sizes range from 2,008 to 3,526 square feet, with floor plans spacious enough for as many as five bedrooms. One- and two-story option also are available.

13th Floor Homes will equip the residences with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinets, plus recessed lighting and volume ceilings in living areas.

The common-area amenities planned for Meadow Collection at Manor Parc include a swimming pool and cabana, trails for jogging and walking, barbeque areas and playgrounds.

Located at Florida’s Turnpike and Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac, Meadow Collection at Manor Parc is adjacent to Central Parc, another 13th Floor Homes development called Central Parc, which launched in 2014 and sold out earlier this year.
