The developers of VistaBlue Singer Island and 5000 North Ocean, two boutique condos on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, are preparing for an important season of sales during the winter months. Kolter Group has reserved five of the 48 units planned for the 19-story 5000 North Ocean development, and when the reservation total rises to the range of 12 to 15, the two-year construction phase will begin, Bob Vail of Kolter Urban told the Palm Beach Post. Prices start just below $2 million.

VistaBlue will be the first condominium built on Singer Island since the housing market crash in the late 2000s. Construction crews broke ground for a year ago on VistaBlue. Unit prices start at $2 million; penthouses are priced at almost $8 million. Randall Tuller, executive manager of Dallas-based Third Palm Capital, the developer of VistaBlue, told the Palm Beach Post the 19-story, 58-unit condo is scheduled for completion in January 2018.  So far, few of the units are reserved, but Tuller said he expects a sales uptick during winter because Third Palm Capital recently got permission to sell units in New York.
