The Miami-based sales team The Jills, led by Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber, is handling the South Florida marketing for an oceanfront condo development in Vero Beach.

The Jills, the leading sales team worldwide for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, will co-market the boutique resort-style development with Premiere Estate Properties in Vero Beach.

The developer is Alloy Development, a Brookyn-based architecture and development company.

The development, called 8050 Vero Beach is the first oceanfront project in the city in decades. It is planned as a condominium consisting of 18 private, house-size apartments set along 350 feet of beachfront.

The smallest floor plan spans 3,300 square feet. Each unit is equipped with twin 15-foot covered terraces.

Among the other amenities are private plunge pools, a communal sunset pool, covered parking and five acres of natural landscaping with more than 100 live oak trees.

Hertzberg said in a prepared statement that “Vero Beach has been called the Hamptons of Miami, and this is the perfect property for someone who wants a tranquil, luxurious escape from the city. There’s nothing like 8050 on the market in Vero right now.”

Hertzberg and Eber have sold more than $3.17 billion in real estate since 2005.
