The latest luxury townhouse project in Coral Gables is now underway. MG Developers, led by CEO Alirio Torrealba, recently celebrated the groundbreaking and sales launch of its nine-unit Beatrice Row project with a champagne party at general contractor Torre Construction’s offices.

Members of the design, construction and development team showed up to the event and posed with ceremonial gold shovels in front of Beatrice Row’s development site at 2409 Anderson Row. The party also featured artwork from J. Steven Manolis, whose pieces were showcased as part of Art Basel.
