Suffolk Construction has started an addition to and renovation of the clubhouse at the Moorings Park in Naples, a senior residential community with units for independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care.

The 48,408-square-foot clubhouse addition will encompass a restaurant, board room, office space, a porte cochère and parking. Suffolk also will renovate the existing main dining room and grill room at the clubhouse.

Morton and Wasmer Builders, together with Perkins Eastman / BSSW Architects, are Suffolk’s partners in this project and others.

Moorings Park is a retirement community in Southwest Florida on 83 acres with 384 residences plus comprehensive physician services, fitness centers and social activities.

Moorings Park is located at the corner of North Goodlette Frank Road, just south of Pine Ridge Road in Naples.

Suffolk and its partners currently are building Phase Four at Moorings Park Grey Oaks, which will feature a four-story, 179,000-square-foot clubhouse, 38 assisted living units, a memory care center, parking structure, and a 6,200-square-foot wellness center.

Moorings Park Grey Oaks is located at the corner of Airport-Pulling Road and Golden Gate Parkway in Naples.
