Panorama Tower will soon dwarf all other buildings in Miami when it’s completed in October of this year. It’s at the top of The Real Deal’s roundup of the largest residential buildings to be delivered in 2017.
The 85-story building, at 1101 Brickell Avenue, is also the biggest in the terms of units, with a whopping 821 apartments. Florida East Coast Realty is developing the mixed-use tower, which will include a 208-room Hyatt Centric hotel, more than 100,000 square feet of medical office space, 50,000 square feet of high-end retail and restaurant space, and amenities geared toward millennials.
The Related Group’s Brickell Heights, with 690 condos, is also amenity-heavy. The twin tower project will have a three-story, 50,000-square-foot Equinox, a 3,500-square-foot SoulCycle and five rooftop pools when it opens in April.
Over in Edgewater, the Melo Group plans to open the 53-story Aria on the Bay building by the end of the year.
