GL Homes opens nine model homes at Valencia Bay

Sunrise-based GL Homes held a grand opening yesterday for nine model homes at Valencia Bay, a single-family home development west of Boynton Beach.

GL announced that it has sold 150 homes at Valencia Bay, more than a quarter of the 582-home development for residents 55 and older.

Prices start at $497,000 and range as high as $809,000 for homes at Valencia Bay, located north of Atlantic Boulevard along Lyons Road.

Valencia Bay homes have 16 floor plans. The smallest homes are 1,845 square feet in size and the largest more than 3,200 square feet.

Among the shared amenities are three swimming pools, a tennis center, and a clubhouse that will span more than 33,000 square feet when it is completed.

Valencia Bay is the ninth GL Homes’ 55+ residential development in Palm Beach County and the tenth in Florida. [Sun-Sentinel] – Mike Seemuth
