Two South Florida companies have broken ground for their $12.5 million development of a self-storage facility in Naples.
Miami-based Sefira Capital LLC and Fort Lauderdale-based Diversified Realty Development Co. are developing the 130,000-square-foot, self-storage facility, which will have more than 1,000 storage units. The manager of the Naples facility will be CubeSmart, the fourth-largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities in the United States.
Sefira and Diversified expect the Naples facility to open in summer. The property is located at 3803 White Lake Boulevard in Naples.
Mijael Attias and Aby Galsky formed Sefira Capital in September of 2015. Sefira has entered into joint ventures to acquire the Hilton Hotel in Cocoa Beach and a 170,000-square-foot office park in Tampa.
Diversified as been in business nearly 40 years and has developed three million square feet of non-residential real estate including self-storage facilities, a retail stores, offices, industrial and aviation buildings.
