Phase two of Iris on the Bay breaks ground: PHOTOS

The developers of Iris on the Bay broke ground on the second phase of their Normandy Isle development.

Phase two includes 21 residential units in four buildings, and phase one is 43 four-story townhomes, which opened last year. On hand at the groundbreaking were developer Jeff Spear of the Spear Group, the project’s sales team; Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce president Jerry Libbin; and Jeff Oris, director of the economic and development division of Miami Beach.

The Spear Group and Braddock Financial Corporation are developing Iris on the Bay, which was designed by Beilinson Gomez Architects with interiors by Michael Wolk Design Associates.

The Sandberg Nortmann Group at Douglas Elliman is handling sales, with prices starting at $800,000. Phase two is located at 111 North Shore Drive. Phase one, which is 90 percent under contract, opened last spring. – Katherine Kallergis
