The developers of the Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach condominium have sold 85 of the 95 units.
Still available for $9 million is the two-story penthouse on the southeast corner of the beachfront development, complete with private elevator, as many as six bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms.
The 18th-floor penthouse has 5,987 square feet of indoor living space and an additional 4,261 square feet on an upper-level outdoor living area equipped with a summer kitchen, private plunge pool and fire pit.
The other nine unsold units include two-, three- and four-bedroom units that range in size from 1,910 to 3,474 square feet, with prices starting at $1.2 million.
In a prepared statement, Arthur Falcone, managing principal of Encore Housing Opportunity Fund, which owns the property, said, “We realized early on the great potential this area of Fort Lauderdale Beach had. It is a rich piece of South Florida’s history and we are happy to be contributing to its revival.”
