Brokerage firm Coldwell Banker listed a newly built home in Bonita Springs with an infinity-edge swimming pool in the backyard overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The $5.975 million asking price also buys hurricane-resistant structural features, white oak floors, Thermador Professional appliances, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor fireplace and an elevator.

The contemporary two-story home at 26854 Hickory Boulevard in Bonita Springs spans 4,647 square feet. Interior features include French doors, built-in cabinets, and a walk-in closet.

It is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence with a garage large enough for four cars. The master bathroom features dual sinks, a jetted tub, multiple shower heads, and separate tub and shower.

Coldwwell Banker listed the new home on the Gulf of Mexico on behalf of its builder, Windover Development.
