First look at the Residences at the W Fort Lauderdale: VIDEO

Updated, 5:56 p.m., Feb. 16: The Related Companies just released new photos of the renovated Residences at the W Fort Lauderdale.

New York-based Meyer Davis Studio led the renovation of the 171 luxury condo units at the W. Related paid $90 million for the project in 2014 and announced an extensive renovation plan shortly after. The original developer, the Y Group, sold only 24 units of 171 after it was completed in 2009.

Last year, RelatedISG announced it was offering 6 percent referral fees to agents from New York in a push to attract buyers from the Big Apple. Related said the project is now nearly 40 percent sold.
