On the scene at “Revitalizing Las Olas” event: PHOTOS

100 Las Olas recently hosted a “Revitalizing Las Olas” event with the Gold Coast Master Brokers Forum in Fort Lauderdale.

More than 80 Master Brokers attended the presentation and reception, which included an overview of Kolter Group’s 100 Las Olas and a presentation by Barron Real Estate President Charles Ladd.

Barron is partnerering with two other major property owners on Las Olas Boulevard to revamp the retail and restaurant corridor. The companies, which control about 90 percent of the storefronts on a four-block stretch of Las Olas, recently hired commercial broker and investor Michael Comras to bring in new retail, restaurant and office tenants.

100 Las Olas will be the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale when it’s completed. It will include 121 condos, a hotel, restaurant and bar, and retail space.
