Marc Anthony’s ex-wife buys 2 units at Icon Brickell

Shannon De Lima, whose marriage to recording artist Marc Anthony just ended, paid about $2.3 million in cash for adjacent units at the Icon Brickell condominium in Miami.

GossipExtra.com reported that De Lima, a 29-year-old Venezuelan model, bought a condo on the 53rd floor of Icon Brickell for $1.35 million and another one next door for $731,000.

Anthony, 48, and De Lima agreed on a confidential settlement soon after he filed a petition for divorce on Dec. 16. A Miami-Dade County family court judge last week declared their divorce final.

Peter Gonzalez, an attorney for De Lima, said she was content with the settlement agreement and declined to comment further on it.

“Two condos worth well over $2 million now belong to Shannon De Lima, that’s all I can say,” Gonzalez told GossipExtra.

Anthony and De Lima were married in 2014 after a court finalized his divorce from recording artist Jennifer Lopez.

In 2015, Anthony and De Lima bought a nine-bedroom house in Pinecrest for $5.1 million. According to GossipExtra, Anthony and De Lima have no children of their own, but he has five children by three other women, including twins with Lopez. [GossipExtra] – Mike Seemuth
