WATCH: Concrete pour of Gale Fort Lauderdale’s 10th floor

Construction crews just poured the 10th floor of the Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach, which is slated to open during the first quarter of next year.

Newgard Development Group expects to top off the building at 401 Bayshore Drive by the end of March. Sales for the 12-story, 122-unit project exceed 85 percent after launching sales in early 2015, according to the developer. Newgard also recently unveiled a group of townhomes that will have access to the condo building’s amenities, and those are priced from $895,000.

The majority of condo buyers hail from the Northeast, South America, Mexico, Canada and Broward County.
