The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Condo sales volume dipped in Miami-Dade last week.

The top deal was for a unit on the 14th floor of Jade Ocean, which traded hands for $2.26 million, or nearly $1,170 per square foot. The 1,933-square-foot condo was upgraded to include Italian marble finishes, custom Italian doors, a chef’s kitchen and Creston systems, according to the listing. Peter Gokun of Engel & Völkers was the listing agent. It was on the market for $2.44 million before it sold.

The second most expensive condo to sell last week was at the Related Group’s One Ocean, which was completed in 2016. Unit 305 closed for $1.8 million, or $783 per square foot, after 155 days on the market. Sam Elias of Re/Max was the listing agent.

The county saw 136 condos sell last week for nearly $44 million. That marks a decline in total sales volume from the previous week’s $58 million but the same number of units sold. Average prices were about $323,000 per unit and $250 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $820,000 to $2.26 million.

Here’s a breakdown of the data for the week of March 12 to March 18. Click on the map for more information:
