Heidi Eckes-Chantre, Kim Tabet and Christopher Brown just announced their mixed-use Giralda Place project in Coral Gables has topped off at nine stories.

The report comes almost exactly one year after the developers began construction work on Giralda, and it brings a new estimated completion date: early 2018.

Located at 2222 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, the project spans a city block and is slated to house 33 condos, 101,300 square feet of Class A office space and 13,390 square feet of ground-floor retail suites.

Prices for the residential units, which are split into 22 condos and 10 two-story “townhouses,” start in the $900,000 range. The condos will boast 11-foot ceilings, high-end appliances and Italian cabinetry. Buyers will also have access to a seventh-floor leisure deck with a heated pool and wet bar, as well as a 24-hour concierge and charging stations for electric cars.

EWM International Realty is handling sales for Giralda’s residences. The Mediterranean-style project was designed by Fullerton Group Architects and is being built by general contractor Grycon.

Construction is being financed by a $25 million loan from City National Bank of Florida.
