Two more boutique condo projects are headed toward the finish line in the rapidly redeveloping town of Bay Harbor Islands.

Verzasca Group just announced construction workers have topped off on its seven-story Le Jardin Residences and Pearl House projects, both of which the developer hopes to deliver by this year’s third quarter.

The larger of the two buildings is Le Jardin, which is slated to house 30 luxury condos at 1160 102nd Street when completed. Across the road at 11701 101st Street, Pearl House is expected to bring 15 units to the neighborhood.

Verzasca said in the announcement that the two projects are collectively 75 percent sold, with asking prices ranging from $700,000s to the $900,000s for two-, three- and four-bedroom units.

Each building will have a rooftop pool and private garden.

Pearl House and Le Jardin, which were designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects, broke ground at roughly the same time in September 2015.

Numerous condo projects have sprouted up across Bay Harbor over the past two years, with developers gobbling up chunks of waterfront lands, dry lots and aging buildings. As The Real Deal reported early last year, at least 26 residential developments were in the planning or construction phase in the small waterfront enclave. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
