Movers & Shakers: Tower CRE taps Scott Allen as managing director…and more

Tower Commercial Real Estate named Scott Allen as managing director to lead the firm’s tenant representation division. He was at ComReal for about a year before joining Tower, and with CBRE for more than a decade before that. Allen’s clients have included Citibank, AutoNation and the city of Fort Lauderdale.

Claudine Letz left Cervera Real Estate for Fortune International Group, where she will be a sales executive for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach. Letz previously worked in-house for The Bond on Brickell and has closed more than $100 million in sales over her nearly 10-year career.

Aurora Sunny Isles Beach hired Raquel Cohen as a sales executive under sales director John Warsing. Cohen has 15 years of experience in real estate sales and management. Verzasca Group is developing Aurora, a 61-unit, 19-story tower planned for 17550 Collins Avenue.

Easton & Associates brought on Brandon Careaga as a commercial real estate associate. Careaga, who specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, previously worked for Real Estate Empire Group, a Doral-based firm.

Sabadell United Bank promoted Manuel Vidal to senior vice president of commercial real estate. He was vice president of Sabadell, and before that vice president of TD Bank. Vidal will focus on working with developers and investors throughout southeast Florida.

Kameron Djamal was hired as an investment associate at Franklin Street, where he will focus on multifamily deals in South Florida. He was previously an associate for JRL Realty & Management in Broward County.

The Wellness Habitat Company hired Brenda Bichili as its vice president of sales. Bichili, who is also working for Cervera Real Estate, will lead the domestic sales division for the company.

Celia Mussman joined Decorus Realty in Sunny Isles Beach as a realtor associate in the Skylake, Highland Lakes and Aventura area. She has more than 40 years of experience.

Multifamily property management company Finlay Management named Holly Costello as president and chief operating officer. Costello was previously vice president of the multifamily and Navy divisions at Balfour Beatty, and senior vice president at Walden Residential.
