Auction ahead for country club home in Fort Myers

UPDATED April 10, 2:43 p.m.: Concierge Auctions will conduct an auction of a custom-built and fully furnished estate at a Fort Meyers country club, currently listed for sale for $4.2 milion.

Concierge will conduct the auction on April 27 without a reserve price, or minimum bid for the property.

The 6,970-square-foot residence at 15707 Glenisle Way has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms.

Naples-based custom home builder BCB Homes built the property with such features as a den, walk-in wine cellar and formal chef’s kitchen. A wrap-around counter top in the den is made from recycled cash obtained from the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Outdoor amenities include a spa,heated pool, covered lounge area, and an open-air kitchen and fireplace.

The residence is located at the Fiddlesticks Country Club in Fort Myers, featuring two golf courses and eight tennis courts, plus a clubhouse, fitness facility, and resort-style swimming pool with cabana bar and poolside dining.

Concierge Auctions will try to sell the property at auction in cooperation with Ernie Horvath of Re/Max Realty Group.

Bidders can participate via Instant Gavel, Concierge’s custom mobile app, which allows prospective buyers to bid from virtually anywhere in the world.
