Construction starts on ArtSquare in Hallandale

Miami-based Integra Investments held a groundbreaking ceremony for ArtSquare, a mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach with more than 300 rental residences.

The property will have 358 rental residences, 607 parking spaces and 12,755 square feet of retail and commercial space. ArtSquare will be built on a 7.5-acre site at 413 North Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach.

ArtSquare’s amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool and cabanas, a fitness center and yoga studio, an indoor and outdoor social room, a theater room, a café, and an outdoor fire pit and entertainment lounge.

“The project fills the need for multi-family rental housing while offering residents all the luxurious amenities of recent full-service, high-end condominium developments in Hallandale and the surrounding area,” Victor Ballestas, principal of Integra Investments, said in a prepared statement.

Integra will start pre-leasing the project’s one-, two- and three-bedroom residences in summer. Construction is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2018.
